As a private chef I'm not only on the road in the native rural district Saale-Orla. But also in Jena, in the district of Saalfeld-Rudolstadt and beyond, I accompany events culinary, cook in renowned restaurants or advise restaurant owners.
The passion for cooking
It means for me to avoid the typical thing, to look for modern alternatives to create the culinary balancing act between classical and modern kitchen. My focus is on the choice of ingredients. The regional origin, the freshness, and as well the source of controlled german breeding has a main priority for me.
My expertise includes classic german, austrian, french and mediterranean cuisine. Thanks to my passion for travelling, I am always inspired by culinary delights in other countries.
